How we handle your information.

What we collect

• — Information you submit through the contact form: your name, email, phone (if provided), business name (if provided), service of interest, current accounting software, ABN (if provided) and your message.
• — Standard server logs (IP address, browser type, pages visited) collected by our hosting provider for security and basic analytics.

How we use it

Solely to reply to your enquiry and, if you become a client, to deliver the services we've agreed to. We do not sell, rent or share your information for marketing purposes.

Where it goes

• — Form submissions are processed by Web3Forms and forwarded to our helpdesk inbox.
• — The site is hosted on Cloudflare's network.
• — Both providers have their own privacy policies and security standards which apply to data they handle.

How long we keep it

Enquiry emails are retained for as long as is reasonable to do business — typically up to seven years after our last contact, in line with the ATO's record-keeping rule. You may ask us to delete your information at any time and we will, unless we're required to keep it under Australian law.

Your rights

Under the Australian Privacy Act 1988 and the Australian Privacy Principles, you have the right to access the personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email helpdesk@rayservices.au with the subject line "Privacy" and we'll respond within 30 days.

Cookies

This site does not use third-party tracking or advertising cookies. Cloudflare may set a small number of essential cookies for security purposes (e.g. detecting bots).

Changes

If we update this policy we'll change the date at the bottom of this page. Material changes will be flagged on our home page for at least 30 days.
